I just decided im going to run my first marathon and my weekly mileage is around 70-80 mpw but havent done any long runs in a while. Do you think my mileage is ok?? Im guessing I should add some +20 mile runs in my schedule?

Yup. Start running longer distances. And control your sugar intake, you will lose steam around the 19 mile mark.
