Can anyone help give me ideas and motivation to lose weight?
i really wanna lose weight but i lack motivation and ideas of low cal food. Can anyone help give me ideas and together motivate each other through?
Lose weight for the right reasons such as : your health . Not for your damn image, and to look HOT…lol life is not all about that. Or because you want to impress some dude,they are not worth it. Don’t go on some crazy as* starvation diet..no one is worth it.!

First of all : Stop the junk food. Fast food, bars of sweet sh*t. Stop it. It’s killing you. The same with alcohol. Do you have any idea of how much calories there are in a bottle a bier?! Then, eat lotsa lotsa vegetables. They’re very good, you know? Like carrots, tomatoes, paprika, cucumber… Everytime you feel like eating junkfood, eat a veggy. or a fruit! But veggys are better. Eat meat, fish…
Then exercise a lot. No need to go to a sportclub, even tough it would be a good idea. But there are cheaper ways. Like sex. Sex is a very good way of loosing calories: you’re very motivated to do it, and it works (believe me!^^) Or jogging around the house. If you don’t wanna do it alone coz “everyone’s gonna look at you etc…”, do it with a friend, or your mum/dad! (they’ll be really glad to do something with their kid, believe me) Or instead of going to school by bus, use the bike (i personnally don’t, but well…^^).
If this doesn’t work, well i can still go to a doctor, coz i’m no professional…^^
