Is losing 4lbs in two weeks reasonable?

Answer #1

Yes it is. :]

Answer #2

That sounds like too much. Usually the maximum you want to be losing a week is 2 pounds. Unless you’re obese, or really overweight.

Answer #3

Sounds like it^^

Answer #4

Janice, you don’t need to lose any weigh. I this is for a friend or just curiosity sorry for the paragraph, you can stop reading here. If not, i want you to keep reading. You are stunning, beyond stunning, so stunning you don’t even need to wear makeup because you are so naturally flawless, you are also real, you have nothing added to you. You have thhe most amazing cat shaped eyes, a shaped nose, full but still elegant lips and gorgeous hair that looks so healthy. When it comes to your body it is amazing! you are tiny, and DO NOT need to lose any weight. I care about you a lot even though we don’t know each other in real life i consider you to be like any of my other best friends i have at school or something. I know you have suffered with weight problems before and i do NOT want you to go through it again, you have done so well in getting better please dont get set back. You have a loving boyfriend who would do the world for you and i know this because he has even met your parents and its hard for any guy to meet his girlfriends asian parents Dx same with greek. You just be you and don’t worry about diets.

Answer #5

The healthy way of loosing says you should only loose a 1lb a week.

Answer #6

Losing 4lbs in 2 weeks is not a problem as it will make you mote healthy.

Answer #7

By the way you look in your picture. it does not look like you need to lose weight! your perfect the way you are!

Answer #8

Thank you for that complement.

Answer #9

Yes, it is reasonable. That is, if you’re aware it won’t be pure fat. A person can lose as much weight as they want, but the most fat they will lose in a week is one pound. That of course also means you have the perfect genetics, diet, and training/sleep schedule.

Answer #10

So … 2 pounds per week is reasonable, but 4 pounds in two weeks is not? Try the math again.

Answer #11

I thought the question said 1 week. Try not to be so sarcastic again.

Answer #12

Oh and the more fat you lose and the lower your bodyfat % is, the longer it takes to lose that same amount of fat. So depending on the persons weight, my first comment could have been right, even with me misreading the question. Bam, I win again
