loosing weight
I dont know how; but I really want to loose weight like BAD; I want my thighs to be super super skinny.
I dont know what to do;
yeah I know excersize but recently it hasn’t been working all that great. && I’ve tried like zantrex & tripspa. && I dont see anythingg.

Most common answer! Eat healthy and excersize at leat an hour a day! Keep it up for a month! If you don’t lose around 5-10 pounds, then you might have a problem… But you have to keep with it! Remember, if you feel to lazy to do this or don’t want to, then that means you don’t really want to lose the weight that bad.

If diet pills & shakes actually worked then we would all be slim. They don’t work. I’ve tried every diet and potion under the sun when I was a teenager.
Eat small regular low fat meals and excersise at a high intensity every day. It’s not easy - thats why people give up. You have to stick with it. Also I don’t know how old you are, but keep in mind that young women’s bodies are designed to store more fat in the hips and thighs to protect the reproductive organs. So it’s harder for women to loose weight than men. Don’t beat yourself up over it too much. Focus on being healthy. A good effective excersise for thighs is to sprint/run up hills. Combine that with squats and lunges every second day. It works for me.
-you need to make sure your drinking a lot of water! -all meat shoud be lean! -green tea helps boost your metabolism which helps burn calories so a diet green tea every day is helpful. -snack, but snack healthy. fruits, lowfat yogurts,vegteables, 100 calorie packs are good to snack on. vegtables like carrots,celery, & pickles are good because they give a good crunch like a chip! (if your addicted to chips lol) try eating the celery & carrots with some fat free ranch -like I mentioned 100 calorie packs, there are many different types! -drinking milk is important but make sure it is fat free or skilm -pasta, rice & breads should be wheat! and of rice & pasta’s only a cup should be eaten -even though your on your way to eating healthy foods that dosent mean you can over eat. Just because your eating healthy foods, dosent mean that you cant gain weight, because you can. You need to be able to balance & cut back to a normal portion. -Also it’s important to drink a big glass of water before your meal because it fills you up & also eat the vegtables on your plate first because that also fills you up!
Exersize -try to exersize at leat 30 to 45 minutes a day.
this is how you break it up 30 min - 15 minutes cardio & 15 minutes sculpting 45 min - 30 minutes cardio & 15 minutes sculpting
what does that mean? cardio is workouts such running, jogging, high intensity walking, treadmills, elipticals…ect
sculpting are workouts like lifting weights, working on abs, working on any muscles such as back, leg, arm, abs…ect
