Chronic light headed feeling.

Well lets see, I’ve been light headed for about 4 years now and I have low iron but its gotten worse. I was never really worried about it but now its started to become a issue so when I go to the doctor do you have any advice on what I should ask and what to expect when I go? I hope someone can help with my chronic light headed feeling.

Your low iron is probably what is causing your light headedness. You should try eating more green vegetables. Or if you need a quick fix then you can buy over-the-counter iron pills. You might even try not smoking so much “chronic”. :)

Answer #2

your lightheadedness could be caused by low blood pressure or vertigo or a deficiency in your diet
