Its it legal for a 17 yr old to move out in illinois without parents getting in to trouble

yea its legal..as long as you have their approval I think..or fill out some papers.

Uhmmm well I’m in canada I don’t know if its different there but here until you turn 18 you have to be with your parental gaurdian, and if you want to move out before your 18 you still have to be with a relative…

terrible_tash, a 16 year old can legally move out of their parent’s home in Ontario.

As a matter of fact, you can technically move out at 16 in the US as well, but it doesn’t come without it’s complications.Your parents can call the police, but all the police can actually do is inform your parents that you are safe - they can’t forcibly return you to your home.
