Is my diet healthy?

I am trying to go on a diet again. I work a lot so time to work out is lmited, also I LOVE FOOD :) Who doesnt? Anyways I am going to change the way I eat and start to do some cardio at least 3 times a week, and then build it up..how does this diet sound..?

Breakfast-OF COURSE! probably a home made FRUIT smoothie, fast & yummy :) Campbell’s Healthy Choice Soup 85 Ounces of Water 2 100 Calorie Packs of Snack 2 100 Calorie Kudos Bar Raw Veggies With Ranch (Lite) Uhm, and probably some salad somedays.

I just love eating and I know I have little self control, so I am only going to have certain foods around me, so if I give in and over eat..it will at least be something somewhat healthy..right?

Do you think I could lose weight with this diet??

Okay I just read some of the other responses, and your body knows what it needs the best. Listen to your body, and if you are giving your body the nutrients that it desires you will be fine.

Answer #2

Your diet sounds good if you want to lose weight. :) BUT you really don’t need to cut back on food… why don’t you just become vegan? :D Then you will have a low fat healthy diet and will lose it without having to watch what you eat.

Answer #3

umm…sure I have never dieted because I cant control my self but I would imagine you could…try it out for 2 weeks and see if any results show!

Answer #4

Gosh, I know I hate this damn self control! So I figure only being able to eat whats in front of me is my best bet. I also dont cook =]

Answer #5

I love your decision to change your life, but my first and foremost advice is eat foods that do not have preservatives in them, I.e organics. Read the label, the ingredients label!! There are several great all natural organic sites that can give you a complete list of ingredients to avoid. MSG, artificial anything, and well of coure anything you cannot pronounce:) If you would like I can help you find a program that works for you. Much luck, love and grace, SandiB

You’re going to be starving!

You should eat small healthy meals every 2 hours or so. (add some lean meat and some whole grains in there - they will fill you up and leave you craving for less food.) Try some yogurt too. (cut out anything sugary or anything with trans fats)

If you’re eating healthy you’re body will tell you when it’s time to eat. When you feel full STOP, Don’t over indulge. Just eat smart.
