Is acting loud and laughing annoying?

like in class you and your friends are kinda loud, laughing, having fun, and making jokes and stuff and not really caring about what everyone else is thinking that much. or is that just having a personality

Actually that can get very annoying but it also is having a personality as a stood up person. That is why it is annoying ‘cause just about everyone hates a snob, except for snobs themselves. So ask yourself “Am I a snob” Because if you are every none stuck up person hates you or is afraid.
