Guys can be annoying... can this mean they like you?

there is this guy and hes really annoying… he does all kind of little annoying things, but a lot of them are really funny he keeps me laughing… on time I told him he was annoting and he was like really but then he started toughing me and poking me saying is this annoying… but this one time I caught him staring and then we was just looking at each other and I was thinkin oh gosh whats he going to do next to make me laugh then he lips out I love you, hes actually did that 2 different times… I was kinda shocked I didnt know what to do or say… my friends tell me that the reason he is messes with me so much is becasue he likes me, im not really sure though… Could this mean he likes me???

Strange is it not? I think so.. I do the same thing.. But not as much as I drive someone crazy… My opinion is yeah, He likes you… Just scared to admit it, and he is trying to say it in another way =D
