Start jogging every morning, or try football drills=P

Sprint for 10 seconds, jog for a minute, Sprint for 9 seconds, jog for 2min, sprint 8s, jog 3m, sprint 7s, jog 4 m, sprint 8sec, jog 3 m, sprint 9sec, jog 2min, sprint 10 sec, jog 1 min….. repeat until you puke/passout/get dizzy and run into a tree.

ok do what chakan said i guess but DONT do it till you puke or pass out. Thats BAD!!!

try to join muscle art club like karate or kung fu.

Take lots of vitamins and work out regularly. If you need the help join a fitmess class/ bootxamp to ge u in shape
