im wanna become thinner much thinner can someone help me any ideas

Well I lost loads eating this and I did no excersise!

breakfast: 30g of porridge oats made with water. I put it in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and put a lot of water in it. = 98 calories

Lunch: 5 cracker breads and a packet of weightwatcher crisps and a diet coke. =167 calories

Snack: packet of weightwatcher crisps: 71 calories

Dinner: I ate a lot of weight watcher meals which were low in calories but you can just eat a smaller portion of whatever your family is having.

Snack: fruit or something under 100 calories.

This will help you lose loads because it helped me just keep going and never give up oh and at lunch you can add some very low fat cheese spread triangle to you crackers. But never have butter! good luck

the healthiest is way to eat right, and dont over eat. write down what you normally eat I one day and then try substituting not so healthy food, with healthy food. also excercise is going to help you shed the weight. try taking a lot of vitamins as well, it was make your body healthier and make it shed the excess fat that it doesnt need.
