Im trying to lose weight

Im trying to lose weight but I always comfort eat, and im one of those people that I HAVE to clear my plate, no-one ever tells me to but I just soarta like, Have too!? its all in my head but I thought during my school hours and doing 2-3 hrs of coursework each night, and not wanting to go to the gym because its expensive where I live and I would hate to work out in front of people. I need to tighten up my whole body after I lose weight too. If you have any good ideas of workouts I could try then please tell me thankyou.x

Okay. This solution is simple. USE SMALLER PLATES. I know that your have to clear your plate, I’m like that too…

Do you need free time like me? While wathcing TV, do pushups, lunges, etc.

And you do not have too much homework to move out. I can work out and I usually have 4 hours of homework! If I can do it, so can you.

When I eat I use my kids plates and bowls that way I know that I’m eating less but I’m not really seeing it since my plate is full. Also I do turbo jam exercises, I am not a big fan of the gym either, and turbo jam is very fun and chalene is very motivating that time just kinda flies by. I also joined Sparkpeople and I monitor my calorie intake it’s kinda fun and it motivates me to continue doing it.
