Im fat

Can someone help me I need to lose weight right now I weigh 209 pounds but I really dont look like it. I just turned 13 today. Can some one give me any addvice on how to lose weight fast?

Think about the calories put in your body and the calories burned up in your body! This is a lifestyle decision, dieting and depriving yourself will not work and may cause phyical complications! It just takes a committment to healthy decisions on your choices of foods and becoming active with moderately vigous exercise. I lost 50 by walking and trying to eat better. Start with a good paced walk for 15 minutes and build up as you feel better! I walked an hour a day.

Cut out the fast foods and fried foods. Think crispy veggies and fruit. Skim milk, wheat bread if you eat bread at all. Lots of water! It can be done, but remember, if it were easy everyone would have the perfect body! Good luck and think positiive, it won't happen overnight!

I think the most helpful thing to say if someone wants to lose weight is this: Don’t snack between meals… Just have 3 square meals a day. No more, and definitely no less. But if you really are hungry then you can snack on things like: fruit, carrots, celery etc…

Well HAPPY BIRTHDAY!. see when you say you dont look like it, do you look skinnyer on bigger than 209 pounds?,

  1. gentle exercise to start with
  2. eat healthy, not to much birthday cake! lol
  3. dont push yourself
  4. dont say your fat..its not goood for your self esteem

you can try a carb shifting diet( you eat 4 meals a day with different amounts of carbs in each meal and eat different amounts of food like one big mean a small meal a medium meal and another small meal oh you should also drink water all day) and lose 8 to 10 pounds in 2 weeks and if you want it to melt off faster than exersize like 30 minutes an hour
