  No thats a waste on time to me Theres arent even bullies in every school they could do that to school that have bullies even though it probably wouldnt help.

  They actually do have that here. It hasn't helped much, though. The bullies still get away with minimal penalties.

  They should that's but most kids get bullied In college and It does not look pretty once It's on the news :(
