I have been eating a lot of fruit, maily grapes and blueberry, but cashew nuts help curb the craving for food. They have just enought healthy fat in them to send of the hungry signal to your brain. I eat between 7-15 of them. Between this and eating fruit I get full off a little bit of food. There is also this ceral called “active Life” you can eat a whole bowl and and it only has 1 gram of fat. I also do crunches, leg lifts, and I cannot do a regular push up, but I do them on my knees and put all my weight on my arms and it even works my arms out. I hope this helped.

I would do some side bends, sit-ups, and aerobics.

Eat healthy. That is the only “diet” that will work. Just eat right, and know when you are full. Run 3 miles a day, and just work out a half hour each day, and make sure you alternate exercises each day, its just like school:If you only work on one subject(part of your body) then only that part will grow, but if you work on all equaly, they will work better together.

I can’t tell you how much it frustrates me when someone asks if there is a quick way to lose weight, because there isn’t. There is only one healthy way, and I just put it all in a nutshell up there ^.

Eat healthy! and exercise like MAD! only drink water

I did this and lost like 6 inches :D
