How to lose weight fast and safe?

How do you lose like 80 pounds realy fast but safely nothing dangerous like crash dieting and nothing exsrem like sergery. help please and thank you

Go to fit TV. Do a mild work out at least 3 days a week. Some cardio and some weight training. Always get advice from a proffessional before beginning any new exercise program. Watch what you eat. The key to losing weight is to burn more than you consume. Then once you lose the weight, keep it offf by balancing the amount you eat with activity. I think of this annology, If you have a car in the driveway and you put gas in it everyday but don’t drive it, the gas will eventual overflow! The same is true for your body! If you keep putting food in but don’t get up a move, the food will overflow in the form of fat!!! So get up and getting moving!! Never skip a meal, eat small meals more often throughout the day to prevent hunger from setting in. Always try to leave a little something on the plate too!! Good luck
