I need to loose 20 Fast

I been working the past three days doing Cardio. But I need to loose about 20pounds by june 20 it is may 18 but idont wanna do it unhealthy either.. whats the best way of doing this?

what helps me is Dont eat after 6 the lates 6:30 pm… Avoid as much fatning food becuase we all know we wont leave them completely… Do exercise for atleast an hour…(you dont need to go to the gym…)you can just work out at home dance to fast music that way it will be fun … Hope it helps

its impossible to loose that much weight in just 1 month and that too in healthy way. actually its nt even healthy to loose so much weight in such a short period. I have lost abt 5 kgs in 3-4 months with exercise and rite diet. just say no to cookies,choclates,junk foods, fried rice, or oily stuff. eat salads( without dressings), fresh fruits whole wheat foods, grains and don’t eat much at one time. drink lots of water or mix juices with water. hope it works.gd luck!!!

There is no healthy way to loose 20 pounds in 1 month. Weightloss is something that takes hard work, patience, and determination.

If you want to loose the weight you have to change your lifestyle. No more lounging around, no more eating junk and carbs, you need to get off your butt and get moving.

Excercise, find fun ones so you dont get bored, yoga, tai-chi, swimming, jogging, etc.

Eat right. Cut out the carbs, only drink water (juice for breakfast), no friend foods, no junk food, do not eat anything that has ingredients you can not pronounce.
