How to loose a lot of weight, really fast?

Im really fat and I need to loose a lot of weight. Does anyone have a good diet? But it needs to be unnoticeable because my mum isnt keen on dieting, but trust me, im fat. Thanks

yeah, I highly DOUBT you actually fat now, heres what you need to know weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both diets do not work, cutting out important foods groups from your diet will make you weak/unheathy and more hungry, meaning your more likely to binge on food and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you most likley dont need to loose any weight

also, at your age your going through a little thing called PUBERTY meaning your body is going to gain more weight, so it can grow

I lost about 45 pounds in 4 months by only drinking water,not soda ,tea,or any other sugary drinks.my diet did not change. I still eat the same foods and amounts of them.
