My mother- one of the coldest people in my life… She claims she “loves” me and when we’re in public or people who don’t know the real her, pretty much smothers me with false love and affection…

She has been verbally abusing me, and I’m running away very very soon… Tell me quickly if staying at my girlfriend’s house is legal and must I be found if I do not wish to be found?
in us it varies accordin 2 state. sounding the way it is I dont think you can get emancipated. and she can report you kidnapped. then you and the person you hiding out w/ are sunk. you could talk 2 someone like a school counselor or w/e about the abuse and if its really that bad you can get out by way of court.
almost 17. then yeah its legal as long as your safe and going to school. thats if you live in canada, I dont know what the law is any where else
