I'm having a panic attack!

Ok I need to get my mind off of some stuff- because it’s giving me a panic attack, what should I do ? I’m taking deep breaths, and I’m relaxing, but it’s not helping :(

This comes a little late, but next time:

yes, the deep breaths. And talk yourself out of it. Say ,’you’re doing fine, you’re doing fine’ over and over again. It’s not easy to force yourself to think different thoughts, but you can always talk to yourself - and you just might listen!

watch some youtube funny videos. Laughing baby is cute. Watch the one about the baby saying “blood”. It’s funny. This should help keep your mind off serious things.
