Should I talk to my manager about feeling like her slave?

agh! I hate my manager. I am the assistant and I feel like im her slave. we only work together 3 hours a week, but she always leave the office a total mess. I file all of her paper work. she doesnt track customers who call so when they come in I look like an idiot because I have no idea what special they were offered of anything! I dont think she has picked up a mop, broom or vaccuum since she’s been here. (I work at a storage unit) I get paid well and have full benefits, but my manager totally sucks. my old manager left because she got a divorce and moved to california. should I talk to her? or keep doing BOTH OF OUR JOBS!

Answer #1

Choices: talk to her - tolerate (for this too will pass) - or choose to not burn any bridges, in other words, ‘lose the battle to win the war’…Good luck !!

Answer #2

Talk to her first and see what will happen,if she doesn’t listen to you then you might talk to her district manager.Better talk to her first I think.

Answer #3

Do this first…

talk to her first about it

If that doesn’t work, do this second…

She must have a superior. A district manager or something. You should contact them about her performance.
