Job problems

K well I just got a job a few weeks ago at a jewelery booth and im working hard etc… But I dont think my manager likes me. She has no reason to not like me im always nice and hard working but I feel like she accuses me everytime something goes wrong. Like today I counted the cash and it was 10$ short and right away she accused me, I told her to talk about it with the girl that worked before me.. But she said that girl never makes mistakes. She made me stay an extra hour to count the money 10 times.. And I asked if she was going to pay me, and she said no its your fault etc.. Turns out in the end there was no money missing..

Shes cant even speak english well shes chinese. Theres more but anyways should I quit this job? I really need a job.. The thing is this job is soo easy and I like it.. But the manager really stresses me out. I already have enough problems I dont want anymore. I have a feeling she might fire me once she gets enough people to work for her, but I dont know. Should I go look for another job? And if I quit how do I do it? K thanks for reading!

Tell her you’re thinking about quitting, she might rethink the way she treats her employees. We are heading into the christmas season and I’ll bet she would hate to lose someone who knows what he’s doing.

Good job you like - jobs hard to come by - maybe on the side check out other possibilities discretely, but tell no-one (back-up plan) - smile and enjoy !!

A manager will not just start disliking a hard working employee. I’m sure there is something you’ve done to rub your manager the wrong way.
