How can I stop myself from believing what my sister says?
when I was younger my sister used 2 slag me by calling me fat an even though I’ve been told im not I’ve taken what she said seriously an now because of that and other names shes called me I’ve began 2 h8 myself an now I dont no what 2 do, what should I do??
This happens all the time to others also - often times just the opposite is true and they’re really jealous for whatever reason - big picture, it’s growing pains - they don’t really mean it, and later on in life regret doing it - we all say things we don’t really mean - you know inside, she loves you - you’ll be fine…I wish you the best !!

Well, you shouldn’t listen to her. She is probably jealous of you. I have four older sister’s and one brother. But the only one who calls me fat is my 15 year old sister. But I don’t care. I know I probably am but… Im not worried about it. If she calls me fat… I just look at myself and believe what I think. Who cares what other people think.
