How can I stop myself from believing what my sister says?

when I was younger my sister used 2 slag me by calling me fat an even though I’ve been told im not I’ve taken what she said seriously an now because of that and other names shes called me I’ve began 2 h8 myself an now I dont no what 2 do, what should I do??

This happens all the time to others also - often times just the opposite is true and they’re really jealous for whatever reason - big picture, it’s growing pains - they don’t really mean it, and later on in life regret doing it - we all say things we don’t really mean - you know inside, she loves you - you’ll be fine…I wish you the best !!

omg! I’m answering one of ur questions again! AND OMG! my bro calls me fat sooo much! I am the same and I’m stuck too, right watcha gotta do is just ignore her sooo sooo sooo much until she feels rather awful and tries to be ur fwend! hehe my bro thinks i’m emo but it worked!

Well, you shouldn’t listen to her. She is probably jealous of you. I have four older sister’s and one brother. But the only one who calls me fat is my 15 year old sister. But I don’t care. I know I probably am but… Im not worried about it. If she calls me fat… I just look at myself and believe what I think. Who cares what other people think. But I still can’t stand it when poeple call me fat. Or pig… but I don’t listen to them! Hope you stop h8ting yourself.
