I dont need this on my body

Hi my names breezy im 17 I got out of high school early going through college, so I dont have much time to stay skinny… Im 17yrs old 5ft. And…154 pounds…so im not happy I have a bigger chest that makes me look slim but I know im not I would like to lose about 20-30lbs but I can seemm to I wanted to know if you could help me please it would mean a lot to me and my family! Cardio. it sounds like ya kinda have a thick body. It all depends if it’s fat or not. do a lot of cardio like an hour daily ; like walking, biking, eliptical machine, etc. and just eat healthy! If you need healthy food tips or somethin, funmail me.
