I cant sleep!

im finding myself really tired during the day and find it hard to wake up in a morning and its making me feel stressed and getting me worried. what can I do to get to sleep as I am ending up going to bed at about 11 and laying in bed awake until 2/3 oclock!

hey u nop wot the same thing is hapening to me but dnt if them things dont wrk for u cuz they didnt for me but eventualy i got so tired i lied in bed n colapsd to sleep n cudent get outa bed for days lol so it my only be temporery

I have the same problem. If you can’t sleep because your worried about something, tell yourself that whatever it is will just have to wait until morning and that there’s nothing you can do about it now. Try not to use computers, tvs or videogames before bed, because they stimulate your brain, causing you to stay awake. I’m not sure if this works, but I read in a magazine that if you drink a small glass of water, then put a little salt on your tongue and let it dissolve ( don’t let it touch the roof of your mouth), that it triggers chemicals in your brain that help you get to sleep. It’s worth a try, I’m trying it the next time I can’t sleep.

I can’t sleep well either sometimes. You can eat some honey I heard that helps. Or some warm milk.
