How to stay motivated to lose weight?

do I try to say motivated so I can lose weight I need to drop 30-40lbs by july…

im 5’5 160lbs…

but I cant stay motivated.. my mom cooks some great fat meals and I get so hungryy someone pleassse help!!!

I need some tips.

umm it’s really hard.. I LOVE to eat and especially those foods that I shouldn’t be eating! But my worst thing was bored eating.. . SO if you have that problem I would say try to find a hobby/job or just something to do so you’re not eating all day!!! also try eating smaller portions, and get a lil exercise.. take a walk or just go walk around the mall with friends for a couple hours that way it won’t seem so much like work or exercise. sorry if I couldn’t help!

how weird I weigh the same as u! but im a little shorter im 5”3”

anywho stay motivated im trying to loose the same amout as you! it can happen im losing weight I lost 2 punds already! its great ounce you get focused and start loosing pounds it willl be all good from there. =] stay determined!!!

Hi, To put you a nice way into the Body Mass Index healthy zone, you just need to lose 18-20lbs.

Hi , I no how you feel I’m trying to stay motivated to exercise and keep fit I’m not over weight or anything But what I find really useful is to look at what you could be in the future, or think about how you want to look like and get your hair done and a facial or maybe even a pampering day away from reality. Now you have the hair and stuff aim for the body take it day by day and try to think of a ten minute exercise you can do in the mornings and in the evenings

Also try simple things like pacing or walking up and down stairs when your on the phone, you will be amazed at how many calories that can burn. You could also try asking your mum to let you cook and try something healthy or vegetable dish or fish dish, these don’t have to be fatty, but can really make a difference. This way you know what is going in the food and you could maybe experiment
