What can I do to stay motivated to lose weight?

Hello.In order to lose weight,I need motivation and determination.I always tell myself to eat healthy.But when I eat,im totally out-of-control.I cant stop.I keep telling myself that today I eat and tomorrow I diet…What can I do now?I want back my motivation and determination..Please help…

Well Kozueworldz I have the same problum when I start can’t stop too but I m not skinny or too fat I m just right because when I start I tell my self to stop or you will nvr lose weight or grow fat so just think about it and another trick is that when you start you don’t stop because of the flavor so when there is a flavor you just drink loads of water and the flavor will go away! Or you could ask your mum or dad to hide thje thing you want to eat but can’t stop. eg. you like muffins but they will make you fat so you take 1 or 2 and then ask your mum/dad to hide it from you or don’t let you eat them for awhile I mean like having 1 or 2 aday will be okay.

Tips on loseing weight : by dancing for 1 hr a day you can lose a few calories and shopping 1 hr also can lose a few calories and try to go for an early morning power walk or a jog…

well you can trying having a partner to help lose wight witth u. its competeive(sp) and it mgiht keep you motivated(sp) thast what I do when I want to do something it helps

I’m afraid motivation cant help you. That’s a and eating disorder.

Ask your parents to call a nutritionist.

after I had my daughter I was wearing a size 5 pants, I knew I needed to lose weight and I had no motivation what so ever. I tried all kinds of diets. Sometimes it’s not a matter of you see the food you want and you just can’t help but eat it, it’s more of a matter of how much you eat and how much your willing to work off. I always kept pictures of me and my daughter around to motivate me. I almost always had music playing, I think it helps to have something distracting you from food.

I used to say that too. It lasted for 2 years. Finally I just told myself enough was enough and like Carri, if you ask your parents to hide it then that can help but also, I find it hard to stay motivated if I do everything at home. Try going out to a place or with friends do get some exercise, yoga, pilates, aerobics, group power walks… things to get you active and away from the food. Hope I was some help

well I had the same problem, even though I was really never over weight. You need to constantly be doing something So you wont have time to eat or think about it. Get involved in sports or something, Trust me it will work. I used to eat a lot when I was bored
