How to tone up?

So I am eating very healthy and drinking a lot of water so I do have a good diet and I am also a very curvy girl. I love having hips and a butt and boobes but I just have a little extra “flab” or weight on my stomach and I would like to learn somethings that could help to flatten it. I cant afford a gym membership and I dont have any equipment at home but I was wondering if somebody could tell me some exercises that I could do at home to flatten tone and rid the extra flab on my stomach… Thank you

Well of course different kinds of crunches and settups always help. Best suggestion pilates, there amazing and you can get a dvd for about $10 on ebay. Also you could try things like laying on your back and bringing your knees to your chest than pushing your legs out and holding them in the air for a slow 10 sec than repeat 10 times. Also another pilates move is to ly on your side and rise your upper leg in the air with your foot looks like it would be flat on the ceiling if you could touch and do a mix of slow small and large circles than rotate to the other side. While in this position you can also hold both legs slight in the air kind to the front and do things such as circles with your legs, bringing you knees up to your chest and with both legs in this position taking your upper leg and raising it up and down slowly. Remeber all of these excericese should be using you ab muscles and not your arms to hold you up. Basic tip anything you do while hoding your legs slightly above the ground or with your feet flat against the ceiling realy tone you up. Also very important in these excercise remeber to breath in and out say for example when you bring your knees to your chest inhale and when you bring them back out exhale. GOOD LUCK

if you got flab on your stomach I suggest you do crunches best way and cheapest way is jogging when your stomach aint flabby abit you should do crunches do 15 reps for beginners.
