How can a guy lose thigh fat?

Hi I am 25 years, male. I have gained nearly 6 kgs weight in recent 2 months of time..due to drinking beers and heavy fatty items. Now I want to lose all those fat. The problem is that when I start with any plan to start my exercises I am getting breathing problem and my health is turning bad with cough, since then…I am not able to start any exercise, Please guide me with possible exercises with which I can lose my heavy thighs. thanks in advance

To start off, cut your beer drinking as much as possible, stop eating fried or fatty food . Because you are having breathing problems take walks as much as possible try to walk an extra 30minutes each day and slowly increase the time you spend walking. The pounds will peel off. When you feel better you can start with lunges and squats that does wonders for thighs.

Sit-ups. Push-ups. Jogging in a slow pacve for a while. If you do all these things at least three days out of the week for a while you’re going to see a changee.
