How to lose a lot of weight

ok, I weigh like a gasillion lbs, and I need to lose weight, what do I do to make my thighs, stomach, and sides tighter and curvier?

I would tell you, to first off, lose the weight, and then start toning. you should do major cardio and set yourself on a balanced diet. I would check out the south beach diet. it’s my second week and I feel myself accustomed to the healthy foods. AND I LIKE IT! hope everything works out for you!

p.s you should check out what your weight should be depending on your hieght and weight.
