How to de-stressify me?

Everything makes me stressed at the moment, my family, my social life, my love life, just everything! I can’t sleep very well at night (about 5 hours of sleep every night for the past week) because of this. Is there anyway to make me less stressed? Any tips? Please?

I’ve been the same way lately. and I figured out that going to me room and turning off the TV and anything that makes a noise, turn off the lights, sit on my bed close my eyes and think about my favorite place, which is the beach. I picture myself there. and I stay like this for about, 10 minutes sometimes longer. It helps me clear my head and all. and so does running/walking. but yea I hope I helped and if you need anyone to talk to I’m here. okay.

Try taking some time out of the day for just you. Weather you meditate,yoga or go for a walk you need to release this engery. If there are things that are weighting on your shoulders you need to deal with them one at a time till all is solved. Trying to deal with to much at once seems like a never ending goal. Set goals for yourself eachday and then when you get them all done you will feel satisfied.
