Korean or Chinese...

I know this is a chinese song, but some of it looks like korean… does anyone know how I can tell?? or if anyone does know… please tell me??

I’m guessing part of it is Korean because sarang means love in Korean and the rest looks Korean, lol. If I heard the song I could tell or not.

There is something seriouly wrong with the Korean here…1 not in hangul and also it makes very little sence maybe a chinese tried to translate it IDK where did u get the lyrics and wht song is it?
