  if your worried about your weight, just follow the advice you seen on telly, remember the health campaign??!!, your in the same country as me, so im sure you seen it on TV "BE ACTIVE FOR 30 MINUTES A DAY" ...seriously bugs the daylights out of me all the "fat reduction" questions...
