How many squats a day?

ok so I have really massive thighs and everybody says sqauts are the best I do running/jogging everyday but I cant really see the difference so how many squats should I do a day to get nice looking thighs?

Squats will build your thigh muscles, making them bigger and stronger. If your looking to trim your thighs, then squats will probably only make them bigger. Endurance/ long distance running will make your thighs smaller… Just look at marathon runners,they have small thighs; and body builders (squatters) often have larger bulkier thighs.
