He needs to be reported somehow! What he has done cannot be undone, but he will do it again if he doesn’t get caught. Time is important!

Well you could also call a child help line,

1800-4-A-CHILD here the call is anonymous and everythin and its all alright and from there they will take action, they can even help you make a report and they will be with you in case you dont want to do it alone.

You have to tell your mom what happened because if you dont tell someone about whats going on, then the abuse will continue. You have to help your friend. You have to assure her that you love her and willing to help her out.
