how do I prove I love my boyfriend?

so me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 9 months I love him a lot but I fu*ked up last night I accidently told him that when me and him broke up I had sex with my ex he got really mad and he never has with me before and started flipping out asking why I did and why didnt I tell him earlier and stuff I answered all his questions and he said if I still want to be with him I have to fix it by proving I love him I really dont know how to and it makes it even harder that he lives in england and I live in usa please help

Just give him your word to trust that you wont do anything to hurt him again.That’s really all you can do. Besides it was when you two were broken up. You really didn’t do anything wrong.

You didn’t have to tell him, the simple fact that you did should make him feel safer in the relationship, not the other way around. The long-distance factor is probably pertinent to his reaction, with the insecurity of not being able to be close to you. However, you still didn’t do anything wrong, and his insecurity should not require you to reaffirm your affections.

Wow… that long distance I mean words are almost all you got. Honestly, if at all possible, fly out there. See him. He’ll always be afraid that you are gonna cheat on him now. It’s his trust in you that is broken. He may also think you did it out of spite. Basically his trust in you that you care for him is struggling. If you really want my advice on how to make it up, and money and time permits, fly out there and see him. Let him know that he means that much to you.
