How can I learn to run again?

Im recovering from ACL reconstruction and internal fixation of a tibial fracture, the surgery was in October. Before the ACL surgery, I sat around 6 weeks due to my fracture, so lost a lot of muscle.I have now been given clearance to start running, and would like to be ready to play rugby and hockey by April, I.e)be running at near full strength. Is this possible? Im walking but cant hop on my bad leg, stand one legged on tip toes or do a one legged squat. I have tried to jog, but physically im not strong enough yet. What are some good exercises to help start jogging/running, without access to weights? I have an exercycle, which I’ve been using since November, have a pool, and am doing physio, but I need something in the mean time to speed up the recovery, so maybe some pool exercises, or something else?

Suggestions are appreciated.
