look at your chin, if you have a real pointed and smal chin, it normally means you have a high metabolism, where as if your chin is more rounded and chubby… your metabolism is slower.

If you tend to put on weight easily, your metabolism is slow

If it seems you can eat everything in sight and not gain a pound, then your metabolism is high
