Trust my advice on this please, I work in home health care. If you are concerned your best bet is to have a sponge bath (washing with a wash cloth and soap from water in the sink or basin, then rinsing with a clean cloth and water, focusing on all vital areas, ie armpits, groin, etc) for a little while, done right, they are just as effective for getting clean as a regular bath, what instructions were you given when you left the hospital regarding bathing, dressing the wound, etc, follow their instructions and consult your doctor regarding any future questions. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
