Which one and hot or cold water??

The steam from hot water will help to open up your sinus's and clear them out. You can either take a hot bath or shower but normally a hot shower would help more. If you just want to relax then take a hot bath.
Try plugging the tub and having a steaming shower come down I've done that since I was a kid and it has always made me feel better.
Okay I find that warm baths work the best. And you should be soking in a bath. That usually makes me feel much better.
I always recommend a nice warm bath when sick (: it makes me feel more myself after :)

A hot shower would help you out more - it builds up more steam than a hot bath.
Not at all. But with doctor's advice hot shower is the best sometimes
