How can I keep calm when visiting a homeopathy person?

Well, I didn’t want to go AT ALL, but my parent is forcing me to. I have extreme anxitey and depression issues, so I have to talk to this person. I don’t know how to talk to anyone, so how can I talk to them? My worst fear is I’ll start crying, because I cry VERY easy and it’s my first reaction to stress. And going to see this person is very stressful for me. Does anyone know how I can keep calm and not cry or get so afraid when I see them?

I’m going to try and set aside my biases against those people. (Sorry, but I dont exactly trust people that are not monitored)

There’s no right way to talk to anyone. I work as a counselor with a lot of teens. They are all different. And that is okay. Believe me when I say that crying does not bother me at all. I’ve been in therapy for years. I cry in there. It’s okay. I dont know how you can make yourself feel better exactly. I mean I hated my therapist for a year. But I will tell you this, they’ve probably seen and heard it all. Nothing you say or do will shock them. And it really is ok. And if it takes you time to trust them, then that is ok too. It takes some of my kids months to trust me. That’s okay. It took my a whole year to trust my therapist.
