How can I help my mom and dad out?

My dad has been working at a factory for awhile. He’s been there so long, he doesn’t really enjoy going to work anymore. So, yesterday my dad found out that his work is only going for THREE DAYS A WEEK! Which means, we have to watch our spending money. I hate thinking about all the possibilities that can happen. It scares me! It really does. And I actually cried a little bit ago too. So I was wondering, is there anyway I could help my mom and dad out with money?

Also; I feel SO horrible because Christmas is coming up..plus my dads not going to be bringing home money like he use to! BLAHHH. I hate this.

Answer #1

Try to work, get a part time job and work after school and weekends. Dont overdo yourself though. Maybe help them reduce stress by doing odd jobs like vacuuming or cleaning etc.

Answer #2

My mom and dad are going threw the exact same thing right now all we can really do is not ask for things and try to let them deal with what they need to do cause it wouldnt make them fell very good to know that your as worried as they are!

Answer #3

You should find a part time job that fits your schedule such as baby-sitting, or something like that to help your parents out financially. You could get something that’ll have you working on weekends and if you do find a job, make sure you save up so that way, your parents won’t be so stressed out! And, also see if your dad would be willing to find another job that’s calmer then the factory. Something part time.

Answer #4

Get a job and save. Offer to help your parents out financially.
