How to flatten your stomach and plump your butt?

whats a true way or ways to flatten your stomach and plump your butt??? only put it if it really works and it works in a short time..

Too tighten your abs realy well Do a Plank

get in a push postion with you forearms on the floor Use your abs to hold your self Flat for a Min. If you fall Start over

do it 3 times a day 3 days a week

firstly for your stomach you need to start to lose any fat off it first as no amount of situps etc will show through x amount of fat,doing lots of cardio will lose the weight then do situps,crunches,leg raisers etc. for you bum do plenty of lunges,squats and step ups using weights.as boring as it sounds watch what you eat as potatoes bread etc will expand your belly and dont eat after 6pm.good luck

the elliptical machine worked for me in a short period of time, just make sure you crank up the resistance
