Should I go back to my doctor about not starting my period?
I have not started my period yet and I am worried sick… my friends have all started and I dont know why I havnt… my doctor sed anyday now but that was like 2yrs ago…should I go back or just wait..please help
You’re 13, and your doctor told you 2 years ago that you were likely to get your period? Some how that doesnt sound right… Most 11 year olds do not have their periods… The average age is around 13, and since you’re just 13, I wouldnt get too excited about it… If you’re over 17 and havent gotten it, then you may want to talk to your doctor…
Its not unusual for some people to start there period when they’re 17..18 I started mine at 15, it depends evryone is different, if you have an older sister, or find out when your mum and dads side of the family started.. but honestly dont worry about it, you dont want to start anyway its not the nicest thing !!! hope thsi helpsss.
Some people start at 10 some people dont start until they are 18 or older so dont worry although it depends on your age try asking your mum or a sister if you have one because a lot of people start around the same age as the mum/sister
