Should I go to the doctor?

I’m 15 years old and I started my period when I was 12. My period is super irregular. I haven’t had my period for almost 5 months and it still hasn’t regulated. I’ve told my mom if I should go to the doctor and be put on birth control pills to regulate it but she told me no. Should I go to the doctor and get birth control pills?

that had happened to meh because and she webt to the doctor so I think you should go BUT don’t TAKE BIRTH CONTROL UNLESS THE DOCTOR SAYS SO. hope it helps :)

dont take birth control but go see your doctor just in case
