Help with eating
alright 4 those of you who have helped me on my last question, I have gained 3 pounds, bu t I cant help but feel the need 2 lose it again. I don’t know if theres a disease or something, but its so hard not 2 be super skinny…I mean I wont be anorexic or wtvr because I love food. my guy friends even joek around that I eat a lot. but I cant help but look at myself and frown. how do I cope? (and please dont criticize me saying that im being stupid…)

I certainly don’t worship super skinny girls. What’s to worship? Personality counts waaay more than looks. I don’t care if a girl has got a super skinny body, if she’s the type of person who sees that as her defining feature, I’d rather have a conversation with broccoli.

So you’re still ‘growing’ which means taller, bigger, HEAVIER. And if they said you’re ‘healthy’ then you don’t need to lose any weight at all; for that defies the concept of growth… makes sense?
I advise you to obsess over something else… something important…
I fuss until my friends get annoyed when I gain ONE pound. Don’t worry. I used to love food too. I mean like that I was obsessed with food. Then one day I decided that I could control myself. Who doesn’t worship super-skinny girls?? You’re NOT stupid. Look, do you ever get “bored” with eating food? Funmail me. :) :)

Don’t ask for advice if you can’t take any criticism. It IS stupid to obsess over THREE pounds. You can easily drop 3 pounds with a big dump…
keep in mind that your weight will fluctuate quite a bit through out the day…
even something like being fully hydrated can make a difference… (1 gal of water = 8 lbs).
don’t sweat it… just keep doing what your doing
ok, look drinking water helps flush you out, but “super skinny” is not attractive. you just need to be HEALTHY. you have to work out and stay fit. I am thin but have friends that are bigger than me but healthier and can run faster and farther. Eat, exercise, have fun, enjoy life, be healthy, laugh and don’t try to impress ANYONE but yourself and those who REALLY care about you. That saying THAT BEAUTY COMES FROM WITHIN is 100% TRUE DEAR.
