How can my sister and I lose weight before Hawaii?

I’m 14 years old and I’m 144 pounds. I have to go on a Hawaii Trip this summer. I need to lose weight. I want to be 110 pounds again. Even though my sister who is 12 and she is 185 pounds and we both need a lot of help. So Please Help US

Quit the junk foods and sodas. Stick to water and veggies, but eat your 3 meals a day.

For breakfast try some cut up fruit with yogurt For lunch make yourself a turkey sandwich and for dinner do salom which is really lean with veggies and chicken with salad

don’t snack after dinner + drink water during the day which flushes out everything and I even noticed my skin has gotten better..I have less acne :-)

But exercise too, 30-60mins a day ..you will see results and feel healthier

try exsirsing alot more and try enjoying it also dont push ur self to something so very hard that ur going to give up in and hour.
