cut calories.stop eating fried stuff, burgers,cokes. eat salads,fresh fruits, green veg. drink lot of water. do regular exercise for atleast 20 mins a day

Cut out the higher calorie foods / snacks you presently eat and leave the rest of your diet alone. Take up an activity that you like - swimming, hiking, dog walking, tennis, walking, biking, dancing, whatever you will stick with. Do and stick with this guide line and you will drift down. The hard part is sticking with it.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. reduce calories and excercise. running can make you lose weight really well. and it helps you firm up your body and create muscle. if you don’t want to be bulky then running is your best bet.
