How do I talk to my teacher about this?

Whats the best way to ask to talk to a teacher about my self harm and ana?

Try telling the teacher that you need to tell her/him something important and make a time you can talk to her/him.

I have done this…

I went to my guidance teacher and asked to speak to her in private. Just try to take your time and stay calm…im sure your teacher will bevery suportive and help you. The first step is to seak help and tell someone, its the biggest step and once your over that everything will be ok

Ask to talk to them in private. Let them know why you are there, and just tell them how you feel.

Im sure your teacher will listen to you and help you, if you are completely honest and open with them about whats going on in your life.
