What do I do if my male teacher saw my cutting?

Well I honestly think that it is great that he is worried about you and with good reason too…Cutting is not going to solve any thing you know…I know this for a fact I have tried it before…People cut to get away from the pain..cutting releases endorfeens ( makes you feel better) but after a while it does not work…and you feel the need/Desire/Impluse to do so yet again…it does not last in a since it is no different from drinking of drugs it is used to deal with the same pain people who do drugs or drink do…and just like that it does not work. it is a temporay fix ( like a band aid) but nothing gets solved. It is an addiction because of the endoorfeen release…there are many other ways to do the same thing though that does not hurt you…Yelling and running till you can not stop does help also so does chocolate.

I am not going to tell you to just go and get help because I know that it is not that simple…and it mostly not some thing that you want to hear…at least for me I know it wasn’t. Life does get better though.

having people in your life that care…now that in it self is a blessing and I hope that you see that one day…I am a very solitary person but I have a great deal of respect for the people who are in my life and it is nice to at times have some one you can lean on and what not…it is good he cares..it means he sees you are a person not just a client.
